Hello Everyone!
Continuing the community building and educational initiative set forth in the South Florida area, I am proud to announce the Q2 physical conference. I have decided to host this as far north as I (Casey Fusté – organizer) am willing to drive. Hopefully this will make it a little easier for folks from Orlando and possibly even Tampa to attend.
Please note that as a PHYSICAL conference, foils will be distributed AT the conference. This means applications will close a week prior to the event so the TO can make adjustments to store space and such and things.

Applications:
Conference will be capped at 24 attendees due to limited space, and the design of the new judge conference packet system. Priority will go towards in region judges with an additional discriminator of quantity of previous conferences attended if needed. Attendees will be accepted up to the cap. The application will ask for a cover letter. Please tell me something about yourself and why you want to attend this conference, and additionally if you would like to attend the judge dinner (location TBD).
Presenting:
If you wish to present, please check the presenters box and in your cover letter tell me what subject you would like to present on. Topics should be something that judges who have completed the L1 modules will not have just been exposed to but that they will use relatively shortly after passing their exam. If you would like to present, but do NOT have a topic in mind, say that in your cover letter and we can start a dialogue ASAP.
IMPORTANT
I will be selecting presenters before May 1st, so that there is time for me to review presentations and an appropriate time for any presenters to update their presentation based on my feedback. If you wish to present, please do so PRIOR to May 1.
Communication/Updates:
While I will post to the Facebook group and discord, the primary mechanism for updates will be via the EVENT forums on the Judge Academy Website. Make sure you are set up to receive emails from events you apply to. As this is a physical conference, please do not rely on discord for notifications.
Support:
This event is foil support by Judge Academy.
In order to receive support you must:
1) Apply and be accepted to this event.
2) Be a Judge Academy certified L1 or higher at the time applications close. (Not the time of the conference. the time the application window closes)
3) Attend all 4 Presentations in their entirety. Do not be late.
4) Fill out a feedback form for at least 1 presenter.
