Hello dear Adriatic region Judges!

Once again we at Magic Omens are bringing you another judge conference. If you missed our last one – we covered a lot of amazing topics and had a lot of fun. It was nice to see each other after a longer time of being absent.

This time in March, we will bring you the biggest Judge Conference in Croatia so far!

Judging at Competitive REL

Is the name of our conference. I gathered a lot of feedback and the majority of our judges wants to hear more about judging at Competitive REL. With RCQs, Store Championships and overall Competitive Magic being back on the menu, it’s logical that we, as a community, start going more in depth with the topic of judging at Competitive. The purpose of this conference is to really deep dive into the topic of judging, share knowledge and experiences and give a chance for less experienced judges to get hands-on knowledge exchange for those more experienced judges in the community.

The official languages are ex-Yugoslavian languages (Croatian, Serbian and similar).

Venue, food, drinks

• We’re at Magic Omens again, but this time the store’s WPN Premium (woohoo!)
• Food’s on us (pizza for everyone!)
• Drinks you can buy at the store
• The event starts at 16:00. No sooner, no later!

Presenters

• There will be a maximum of 10 presenters
• Presenter slots are currently open. I will be taking presenter applications until Feb 28th 2023. If you want to present, reach out to me over email, Discord, Whatsapp, Facebook, in person or however you like. It’s super easy to find me around!
• Presenters should be L2+ or L1+ judges with previous judging experience at Competitive. We will be covering Competitive REL topics so this time I’m looking for the most experienced among us.
• Please make your presentations or workshops last between 30 and 60 minutes.
  • The cut-off date to turn in your presentations is 1 week before the event, March 11th

Attendees

• All attendees should be there in person. There will not be a live stream
• Everyone can attend with a maximum of 50 Attendees on a first come – first served basis
