This will be a foil-supported, in-person conference at Paper Hero’s Games in Sherman Oaks, CA. To receive your promos, you must be L1+ and attend all 4 presentations. Rules Advisors may attend but will not be foil supported.

We are looking for 4 presenters. The theme of this conference is Comp REL to prepare judges to work the RCQs in their area. The last day to apply as a presenter will be Sunday, July 10, at 11:59PM.

Topics that we will be looking for will be but not limited to:
Tournament Logistics
Game Play Errors Overview or focus upon certain aspects of GPE
Tournament Errors Overview or focus upon certain aspects of TE
Delivering Ruling and Penalties
Judge Calls Live, Investigations, or a Hands-on Workshop

The point of the conference is to prepare any and all judges that are wanting to work RCQs or other Comp REL events. If you have no interest in Comp REL, this will not be a conference of interest for you this time. We will be reading cover letters! Please include if you are going to be working at an RCQ or Comp REL event, have worked at an RCQ or Comp REL event, or how you have been preparing for Comp REL events, and your goal(s) for this conference. Submit an empty one at your own risk.

Free street parking is available. The store parking lot is small and not recommended to park in. Outside food and drinks are allowed though the store does sell drinks and snacks. The store officially opens at 14:00PM (right after the conference). Please feel free to stay, play, and network.
