7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Format:Not Applicable
Categories:Judge Conference

We invite you once again to gather online and safe, to see your judge friends, have a chat and above all take part in two awesome seminars.

Please apply sooner than later since the conference will be held on Tuesday January 26th. Deadline for application is Monday January 18th.

We are still on the hunt for some presenters, so if you would like to present something, please let us know in your application. We will be selecting presenters quite fast (on Monday 11/01) so please make sure to apply fast as well 😉

Please note that we will first accept Benelux judges, since this conference is a replacement for our usual irl mini conferences held in both Belgium and the Netherlands. However, everyone is welcome to apply and a week before the event we will fill all the spots we have left with non-benelux judges.

The conference will be held via Discord and the schedule will be the same as ever:

17:00 – The conference center rises!

Our unofficial doors open for chats and fun! Will you find a presenter test running their presentation graphics in one of the digital rooms? Who will stream some games before the event starts? And most important, how many cat pictures will be posted before the official start?

19:00 – Official start + short talk: (Almost) A year of digital mini-conferences

19:20 – Seminar 1: Kaldheim – Jochem van ‘t Hull

20:10 – Short break, for drinks, toilets and getting ready

20:20 – Seminar 2: Logistics 101 – Niels Viaene

21:10 – Byebye talk + Feedback form

After this you are still welcome to play some games, have a chat and so on.

See you soon!

Kind regards

Arjen and Anouk
