Hello Judges! Thank you for taking the time to apply to the Florida Q3 digital conference!

This event is focused primarily toward Florida and the USA South region, depending on attendance I will accept some out of state applications as we get closer to the deadline.


This conference will be geared towards helping new and returning judges get ready to jump back into judging! I hope to cover everything 
from self-care prep, tournament organizing, what to expect when you're judging and handling unexpected or less than idea situations. With the amount of tournaments that need judge support I feel that this conference will be a great refresher for returning judges or a lot of new information for 
new judges!

At this time I am still looking for presenters and staff members. I would love to have presenters that feel they have invaluable knowledge of this  topic! First time presenters are welcome and I would love to hear any ideas you may have!

The conference is Judge Academy foil supported, to receive foil support:

-Must be accepted to Florida Q3 Digital Judge Conference

-Must be Judge Academy certified L1 or higher

-Must attend all 4 presentations

-Name in Discord must match user’s names in Judge Academy and Zoom

-Will be required to fill out End of Conference form and Mailing address form

This is aimed at Florida judges and South Region but all are invited to apply attendance cap is 75.

Cover letter is not required to attend this conference, but I would like if you would just tell me a little about yourself and what you hope to learn from this conference!

The primary means of communication for the conference will be Discord but the presentations will be held on Zoom.
