About the Event
Welcome to in-person conferences. This conference is a single-track, in-person conference with a cap of 40 attendees.
This conference will be held in-person at 401 Games. There will not be a hybrid option. Looking to focus mainly on Mentorship, Continuous Improvement and Navigating the CR/MTR for new judges and experienced judges alike.
Application Deadline

Eligibility and Foil Support
Foil support is available for presenters and all Judge Academy certified judge (Level 1, 2, or 3) attendees. Conference promos support is currently pending approval.
Due to the in-person focused nature of this conference, please only apply if you are able and willing to travel to the conference location.
As an in-person conference, packs will contain the cards as per this post: Judge Academy announcement
Foils will be distributed at the end of the conference day.
Event Safety Guidelines
In accordance with Ontario’s indoor organized gathering requirements, masks (covering nose and mouth) are mandatory in order to attend.
Proof of vaccination is currently required so please follow the proof of vaccination requirements as per the Ontario Proof of Vaccination guidelines here: https://covid-19.ontario.ca/proof-covid-19-vaccination
Due to the changing nature of this situation, we will update these requirements as needed as we get closer to the event.
Location
This conference will be held at 401 Games (downtown location). This is a LGS that does not serve food and we are planning a lunch break at approximately 1 PM.
There is public parking near the location at small cost.
There is no venue fee for this conference.
