Channel Fireball is excited to invite you to apply to join us as an admin staff member for the upcoming Kaldheim Split Weekend, featuring the highest level of professional play the game has to offer!

Expectations
If selected to work as an admin, you will need to be available for the full length of your shift (each shift will take roughly 9 hours), and will be required to have access to stable Internet, a computer, and have good familiarity with Discord and other platforms that are used to run online tournaments. Your primary responsibilities will be to monitor the discord and channels for any issues in getting games started, provide players with information on what is expected from them and on what they can expect from the event, and generally keep the event running at a smooth pace. Additionally you may need to interface with players if they become disconnected during a game, or if an investigation in an ongoing issue is required. On top of that, a large part of the job will be helping with getting players connected with the Coverage Team if they are selected for a feature match. Because of the level of the event, a very good knowledge of the Digital MTR and Digital IPG are a must.
We will staff the event per weekend, so you will need to be available on both days of each split. The shifts are as follows (all times in PT):
Kaldheim Split I – 16-17th of January 2021

Compensation
Staff members will receive 500 USD for the weekend (250 USD per shift). All payments will be processed via Bank Transfer at the start of the next week.
Application Process
Please fill out the questions in order to apply. The available shift question is required, but if you have a specific shift that you like more, you can put that in your cover letter. If you feel like we already have a well-established working relationship, the cover letter is not required, but it is a good place to put some extra info you think we might need.
Applications will remain open until Sunday January 3rd.
