Bull Moose & Weekend Anime will be running a 5K Modern Regional Championship Qualifier on Saturday, 6 August 2022 at the PortConMaine Games Arena in South Portland, Maine. We are looking for a team of judges to run the main event, as well as to assist with side events that may run through the day. Specifically, we are looking for a floor judge and three standby floor judges. Standby/floor judges should either be L2 or L1 judges with the Advanced Comprehensive Rules and Competitive REL badges preferred. There is a 200 player cap for the event; the first standby judge will be activated upon reaching 64 players, the second will be activated upon reaching 105 players, and the third will be activated upon reaching 140 players. We expect that we will activate all standby judges, but those whom are not activated will have their choice of either travel cost compensation or free entry to the main event, or a side event of their choosing.

Compensation: Judges will receive $150 + Lunch & Dinner + at least 1 hour of break during the event.

Covid Protocol: Masks strongly encouraged, but not required unless you are unvaccinated. Please see Maine CDC guidelines for more information.

If you have any questions about the event, feel free to contact me at Mick@bullmoose.com or our head judge Marie Véronique Emonds at tyarma2@gmail.com.
