1) $5 entry to enter the conference (This is the store’s charge to enter the gameplay area. The $5 allows all day play so please bring a deck or use one of the store’s board games if you would like to stay after the conference.)
2) Must be vaccinated and show proof of vaccination.
3) Masks are required for this event.
4) There are store cats who live at the store. They do not often go into the room where the conference will be held, but kitty dander may be in the air.

6) No outside food (The store sells snacks); Outside drinks are okay
7) No pets (Only official service animals allowed)
8) Do not be a jerk (You will be ejected from the premises)
9) The store will not be buying promo packets. Trades are allowed but no cash sales on the premises.

This will be a foil-supported, in-person conference at Geeky Teas & Games in Burbank, CA. To receive your promos, you must be L1+, check in to the main shopping area and pay your $5 and attend all 4 presentations. Rules Advisors may attend by paying the $5 table fee but will not be foil supported.
I am looking for 2 more presenters. I already have 2 presenters chosen. The theme for this conference is to help judges get back into the swing of things. Los Angeles is opening up, and local game stores are starting to run events. The last day to apply as a presenter will be Sunday, April 17, at 11:59PM.
The topics I will be considering but not limited to:
Event logistics, Preparing for events from small to medium, or other event related topic
Judging at Regular with a Comp REL comparison or topics with some Comp REL aspects
An interactive presentation like judge calls live or investigations

1-1:50PM – Michael Young – A Comprehensive* Crash Course on Combat (*according to the Comprehensive Rules)
1:50-2PM – Break
2-2:50PM – Steve Wellington – Deck Checks Who, What, Where, When, Why, & How
2:50-3PM – Break
3-3:50PM – Joey Valente – The Black Shirt Investigations (Judge Calls Live & Investigations)
3:50-4PM – Outro and Promo Distribution
