Welcome to the Stockholm mini conference for the spring 2022!

This conference will focus on community building and how we connect the judges to the players and LGS. If you want to present, feel free to fill the google formula before January 14th.

COVID-19 Policy

COVID-19 isn’t getting better! In order to attend this event, you NEED to have a valid COVID pass. If the pandemic is getting worse, we might change the conference to a online conference. In that case, NO COVID pass are then required! We will follow the Swedish Government and the Public Health Agency of Sweden and I’ll update when new restrictions are made.

Topics we want to focus on are:

• Community building. Such as: Mentoring, how to have welcoming events or how people interacts with each other.
• How to run events smoothly. Such as: Time management, how to take calls and how to approach when taking a call.
• How run your own events
• Unsporting conduct
• Working as a team on multi judge events

Venue

Our venue is Alphaspel (A map will be attached down below).

Attendance

We welcome any judge from the world. If you happen to be in Stockholm and want to join, you’re more than welcome. The attendance cap is 20 at the moment.

Food

After the first presentation, a meny is provided and you can choose what you want to eat. After the second presentation we can then smoothly go to restaurant and then get the food. If you want to bring your own food, that also fine. Nuts are STRICTLY PROHIBITED due to allergy! Meny is at the link below.
