Welcome to the NH Area In-Person Judge Conference for Q2! This event is capped at 30 attendees. This conference is promo supported for any L1+ judge with an active Judge Academy membership.

The goal of this conference is to “brush off the cobwebs” as in-store play returns in greater numbers. Presentation topics will be focused on refreshing rules knowledge, customer service, Regular REL, and similar material.

Presenters

If you are interested in presenting, please indicate that on your application cover letter AND email kokiri.outkast@gmail.com. Please use the email subject line “NH Spring Conference Presenter”. Include your presentation subject and resources needed. If you will need anything more than a computer and a projector, let us know. Presenters will need to have final slides submitted 2 weeks before the event. If you have any slides prepared or other materials, please provide links to those in the email. Suggested/requested topics: how to run a prerelease, the JAR document, how to take a judge call, foundational rules info such as the combat phase and steps of casting a spell, etc. We are open to “panel” or “round table” discussion types of seminars as well.

Parking

Street parking is free on weekends on Main St., and there’s a parking area behind the store which is also Free. Details will be sent beforehand.

Safety Information

New Hampshire does not have any mandates in place. Masks are encouraged and recommended for participants in the conference. We trust judges to take the health and safety of their fellow judges to heart.

Post-Conference

Promos will be distributed immediately after the final presentation. The store will be open afterwards, so judges are welcome to bring decks and play games of commander or anything else.
