Hello judges!

Welcome to the conference page of this “Organizing Conferences Workshop”

The aim of this event is to provide you a platform for getting base knowledge in the field of how to organize and run digital and real-life conferences as well as the opportunity to work with experienced organizers on your event ideas afterwards.

Conference setup

The conference will be consisting of a seminar part of 2-3 hours as well as the workshop part. At the workshop part we will form several small groups and will have rotating experienced judges to help you shape your ideas.

There will also  also be a google form posted in the forum prior to the event to let you ask questions ahead of time to presenters and helpers!

Seminars – Workshop

The event will start at 12:00 (noon) CEST (UTC+2) and will have a duration of around 5-6 hours.

12:00 – 13:15: Klaus Lassacher – Organizing conferences seminar I

13:30 – 14:45: TBA – Organizing conferences seminar II

15:30 – 18:00: Julio Sosa, Chuanjie Seow, Christian Gienger, Klaus Lassacher – Workshop time for shaping ideas, solving problems and answering questions.

18:00 – open end: Socializing!

Foils

Be aware, due to logistical reasons and the idea of offering this to all judges around the globe, that there will be no foils for attendees!
