Judges from any geographic location are welcome to apply, but priority will be given to those who live in/around Western/Central PA, Eastern OH, and Northern WV, as the intent for the conference is to develop the local judge community.
The goal for this conference is to equip our local L1 judges with skills they need to become an L2 if they wish to do so. As such, this will be similar to the Q3 conference in that it will be focused primarily on L2+ topics.
The agenda for the event is as follows:
- Presentation 1) The Legacy Format in 2022 – Shane Congrove
- Presentation 2) Mentorship – Brian Rapp
- Presentation 3) Copy Effects – John Regula
- Presentation 4) Tournament Errors – Aaron Hammer
- Guided Discussion) Player Interations – Clayton Householder
This conference will be foil-supported, and all L1+ participants will receive the two Q4 promos, as well as two from a previous wave.
Applications will be reviewed and processed on a rolling basis, and earlier applications will be given priority. Cover letters are not required for admittance to this event due to the higher attendance cap at this venue.
