Jusqu’à 20 postes par jour pour arbitres tous niveaux à pourvoir :

• Connaissance du milieu compétitif et de la documentation (IPG, MTR, CR) nécessaire et être à jour des modules correspondant sur la JudgeAcademy ;
• Cover letter détaillée nécessaire;
• Mentionnez vos expériences, ainsi que toutes informations qui pourraient être utile à faire un choix ;
• Langues parlées et niveau de pratique (scolaire, courant, Magico-technique)  ;
• Si vous souhaitez postuler pour un poste en particulier pour travailler un aspect particulier de l’arbitrage, mentionnez-le ;
• Si vous êtes dans un cursus d’avancement de niveau et/ou de mentoring vers le niveau supérieur, indiquez les personnes qui vous suivent / votre avancement dans ce processus.

Vous pouvez vous appuyer sur des recommandations si besoin, je les contacterais le cas échéant.

Si votre candidature n’est pas retenue cette fois-ci, pas d’inquiétude, il y aura d’autres occasions.

Compensation :

FLOOR JUDGE – 160€/jour soit [320€ pour un shift de 2 jours]

SCOREKEEPER – 180€/jour soit [360€ pour un shift de 2 jours]

TEAM LEADER – 200€/jour soit [400€ pour un shift de 2 jours]

MAIN LEADER – 230€/jour + 1 Booster Box/jour soit [460€ + 2 Booster Box pour un shift de 2 jours]

Les sommes indiquées correspondent à un virement PayPal (ou autre) en envoi à un proche sans taxe de la plateforme.

Celles et ceux souhaitant se déclarer en tant qu’auto-entrepreneur/se pourront fournir une facture TTC correspondant à la rémunération de son shift.

Possibilité d’hébergement à entrevoir pour un petit nombre d’arbitres, catering (nourriture, boissons, etc) offert toute la journée.

Les decklists seront collectées par internet via formulaire.
Le tournoi utilisera l’ensemble des outils Online disponibles (Discord, Google).

Eventlink sera partiellement utilisé pour les Side Events uniquement, Aetherhub (P1) ou MtgMelee (P2) seront utilisés pour le reste.

Le shift débutera 1h avant le début de chaque tournoi (horaire entre 8h00 et 9h00, à confirmer) et durera pour l’ensemble des rondes suisses.

Le rôle de Floor Judge consiste principalement à :

• Travailler au sein d’une équipe (pairings, deckchecks, fin de ronde, etc.) ;
• Présence sur le Floor, aider au bon déroulement du tournoi ;
• Mettre en place des Side Events.

Qualité : Volontaire / Customer Service / Inventivité

Le rôle de Score Keeper consiste principalement à :

• Préparer les pairings et standings ;
• Enregistrer les résultats ;
• Désigner des tables à deckchecker ;
• Imprimer des listes si besoin et lancer le chrono ;
• Ponctuellement faire les annonces de fin de ronde.

Qualité : Rigueur / Observation / Aisance informatique

Le rôle de Team Leader consiste principalement à :

• Guider et gérer une équipe (pairings, deckchecks, fin de ronde, etc.) ;
• Responsable de zone de Floor ;
• Anticiper les erreurs générées dans le déroulement du tournoi ;
• Lancer des Side Event.

Qualité : TeamSpirit / Initiative / Dynamisme

Le rôle de Main Event Leader consiste principalement à :

• Head Judge d’un des tournois majeurs
• Gérer le bon déroulement du tournoi auquel vous êtes affecté ;
• Gérer son équipe d’arbitres en amont et en aval du tournoi (feedback, reviews).

Qualité : Leadership / Expérience / Sérénité

L’ensemble des leaders, arbitres les plus expérimentés, devront être capable de participer aux Top8 ou déléguer le cas échéant (si transports obligent) à un autre arbitre.

Ordre d’idée d’un schedule provisoire
Samedi : 8 rondes le 1^er jour. Cut au Top32. 1h de pause repas.

Dimanche : 5 rondes le 2^ème jour suivi des Top8. Rebound de 7 rondes avec Top8. 1h de pause repas.

Élongation estimée Samedi : Début de shift ~8h / Fin de shift ~19h.

Élongation estimée Dimanche : Début de shift ~8h / Fin de shift ~20h-21h.

Il faudra être capable d’aider à la mise en place du tournoi (set-up de la salle le matin, numéros de table, pairingboard, tests sono, accueil).
Tables et chaises seront mis en place la veille. Un shift logistique sera potentiellement mis en place la veille du tournoi (conditions à définir).

Up to 20 positions per day for judges of all levels to be filled:

• Knowledge of the competitive environment and the necessary documentation (IPG, MTR, CR) and be up to date with the corresponding modules on the JudgeAcademy;
• Detailed cover letter required;
• Mention your experiences, as well as any information that could be useful in making a choice;
• Languages ​​spoken and level of practice (school, current, magico-technical);
• If you wish to apply for a particular position to work on a particular aspect of judging, mention it;
• If you are in a level advancement and/or mentoring course to the next level, indicate the people who follow you / your progress in this process.

Idea of ​​a provisional schedule
