“SEA: Step up to the plate – A workshop for future conference presenters”

Do you want to be a presenter but you don’t know where to start? Do you always feel butterflies in your stomach when you’re talking in front of a crowd? How do you engage your participants to make your presentation more engaging?

Headed by Level 1 Judge Randolph Co from the Philippines, along with our seasoned judge presenters, we will help and guide you on how to be a better speaker and facilitator. From choosing your topic, creating your materials, to delivering your actual presentation.

If you want to be part of our new breed of judge conference presenters and you have a passion for sharing your knowledge and learning new things, you may sign up for this special workshop coming very soon.

Here are the items that we will cover during the session:

1. Choosing Your Topic
2. Bloom’s Taxonomy & Creating Your Learning Objectives
3. Creating Your Slides
4. Tips on Slides Aesthetics
5. Facilitation Techniques
6. How to Make Your Presentation More Engaging

We are also looking to insert a short activity wherein the participants can practice their public speaking skills.

Furthermore, the participants are expected to produce a 15-minute presentation which they would have to present the following week.

There will be a separate consultation with their mentors prior to the presentation.
