Hello everyone,

We will be hosting our last South African conference for the year on 18 December 2021. This is a standard conference and NOT a year end celebration conference.

Structure

• We will be running a single track of presentations.
• Presentations will be focused on practical aspects of judging (e.g. running events and rules knowledge) as the SA year end celebration conference being held on the previous weekend will focus on community building and networking.

Venue

• The conference will be held on Discord. The link will be provided closer to the time.
• The start time will be 10:00 with and estimated end time of 15:00.

Support

• Please note, that due to the unreliable nature of the South African postal system, conference support will only be available to in country judges. 
• In order to receive support for this conference, you must be a Judge Academy certified judge at Level 1 or higher.
• You will also be required to attend and participate in at least 75% of the presentations.

Presenters

• If you are interested in presenting, please apply as a presenter and reach out to me with a topic you would like to present.
• Overall, we are looking for 4 presenters.
