Greetings All,

We will be hosting an in person judge conference at Game Cafe in Independence, Missouri on Saturday, December 11th from 11AM to 4PM.  This will be a 4 presentation conference focusing on refreshing skills, rules, & policy that may have been missed over the past year and a half as well as some great information for newer judges.  If this sounds interesting, please apply below with a brief cover letter.

This is a foil supported conference for all L1+ attendees.  Attendance will be capped at 35 participants.  Should we approach that cap, priority will be given to in-region judges.  There will not be a call for presenters as they were confirmed during the planning process, however, if you are interested in presenting locally in the future, please let us know and we will reach out to you for future presenting opportunities during 2022 & beyond.

Doors will open at 10AM, there will be an hour lunch from 1PM-2PM, attendance will be recorded, and we will try to get everyone squared away no later than 4:15PM.  While not officially attached to the conference, there will be a dinner somewhere relatively close and we would enjoy having more socializing time if you’re so inclined.
