Welcome to the Judge Academy lesson on “Actionable Feedback”. Feedback has long been a cornerstone of the judge program. We’ve been helping our peers grow from our experience and building on a knowledgebase over two decades old while also injecting new ideas and techniques to improve ourselves. Almost any interaction can be interpreted as feedback, but when we give feedback directly, it is important to make sure that it is useful and actionable feedback – something that the subject can respond to and work with.
