What does “always on” mean?

Fundamentally, it’s about how people perceive you when you hold a higher level or an advanced role. In the eyes of your community, you are seen in high standards. Regardless of if you are leading at a Magic Fest or posting on a local MTG Judge Facebook group, you are seen as a leader at all venues.

With that in mind, we will be talking about some basic social expectations of people in these positions and how their actions impact people, about acting appropriately and maturely at all times, about behaviors to avoid and improvement.

Lets begin!
