The Magic Infraction Procedure Guide describes the penalties and remedies for problems that happen at tournaments.  Sometimes, the rulings from the IPG seem unintuitive or complex, and most judges wonder at some point in their career why we have policy at all.

In this module, we will discuss the philosophy behind the IPG and go over examples illustrating how policy works and why it was created.
