MTG: State Based Actions

State-Based Actions are the behind the scenes rules that keep the game-state legal by destroying creatures dealt lethal damage, enforcing the Legend rule, and if a player has lost the game. This module will cover the individual state based actions as well as some differences in multiplayer environments along with some examples of them in action.
