If you think that listening to this module is going to remove your fear of public speaking, then I have bad news for you. For many people, public speaking is both a terrifying and poorly understood concept. This combination is overwhelming for many people. What we will do today is work through the elements that make up public speaking (there are 7) and in doing so, give structure to your thinking next time you need to speak in public. This structure won’t remove all fear, but will help you navigate and manage it.
