Welcome to a Level 3 Judge Academy Module, centered on the Teamwork, Diplomacy, and Maturity qualities of Level 3 judging.

In this module, we’re going go over the different methods in which you can be an effective support as an L3 to other team leads at an event, whether it be as a member of a team, or as one of multiple team leads of the event.

This module will cover two general perspectives – horizontal team leading, where you’re a Team Lead among a team of other Team Leads at an event, and how you help others who are performing in similar roles as you are. Or you can look at a more vertical co-leading, where you’re a member of a team, and will be looked to for assisting your team’s Team Lead.
