In this Course we will first take a look at what a positive environment means and why it is important before diving into some overarching strategies and specific tips for achieving it. We will try to strike a balance between trying to stay practical by keeping it as real and specific while also covering the big picture of what is important on this topic. Please review the video, the text of which will be in the next section if needed, and take the quiz at the end of this module.
