Welcome to Teaching Tournament Best Practices!

We learn so much about best practices and small optimizations over time and at events that it can be difficult to remember that some people just haven’t had the opportunity to have the same quantity or quality of experience that taught us so much. There are many things that you forget you learned, and it can be hard to teach those. This module briefly talks about some things that may come up but focuses primarily on how to provide support, education, and feedback, to help others grow and learn these best practices.

While this module has no explicit prerequisites, it is intended for experienced judges who will be working with new judges or folks who are coming back from an extended break.
