日本のジャッジの方をメインの対象に、基礎的なルール（ハードスキル）のカンファレンスを開催します。
海外のプレゼンターの方がいらっしゃるので英語の発表でも大丈夫な方、ぜひご参加ください。
（発表時の資料は邦訳したものを使用いただく予定ですので英語に自信がない方でも問題ありません）
日本の参加者が少ない場合、海外の参加者も公募します。
※L1およびショップ店員の方を優先します。該当する方はカバーレターに記載してください。
また、プレゼンターも1,2名募集しています。決定し次第、発表内容等は適宜、更新します。

This is an announcement of Basic Rule Conference ( Hard Skill ) in Japan. This is aimed for Japanese younger judges, but if the slot is left, we are welcome to other people.
Because Japanese is difficult to understand English, this conference is devised (In English-speaking presenter section, they speak English and use Japanese-translated document).
In Japanese presentation time, if the presenter can make English document, they use English notion document.
*This conference is foil-supported (We need at least 2 feedbacks for foil)
