Dear judges,

The applications for the judge team for the Main Event of the 7 Hills City Open, organized by the cEDH Portuguese League, are hereby OPEN!

The event will take place on the 5th, 6th, and 7th of May at the Holiday Inn Lisbon-Continental Hotel.

The main event will take place on the 6th and 7th of May and the team will consist of 5 to 6 elements. The REL will be Competitive and the format is EDH (Elder Dragon Highlander).

The Head Judge for the event will be Tiago Rôxo Aguiar.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for judges for the weekend. If selected, you’ll be expected to answer rules questions, settle policy disputes, help with tournament operations, provide players with information regarding the tournament, and overall be available to help players and staff have a smoother tournament.

You will be asked to be at the venue before the first round (exact time to be discussed later) and stay until the end of the last round for the day (or until you are discharged).

We have the following available spots:

Deck Check Team Leader

Days: Saturday

(Strong Preference for Level 2)

Compensation: €65

Additional Responsibilities: Lead the Deck Checks Team (choose tables, choose judges performing the deck checks, ask tournament staff for the lists, etc…) and help with policy questions

Floor Judges

Days: Saturday OR Saturday + Sunday

Compensation: 55€ (Saturday) OR 95€ (Saturday + Sunday)

* Compensation includes base payment + transportation + food
