As night is closing in, we gather just in time to talk about the new threats facing us judges. While the daylight keeps us safe, we commence together on a fact-finding-mission to determine wether the Vampires we’re about to face are the glittery or the hissy kind.
With this vital information we will tackle our prerelease and keep ourselves and our loved ones safe. We will gather in the Benelux Conference Discord server to talk about Innistrad: Midnight Hunt! Don’t worry, we’ve outfitted the server with extra garlic.
This mini-conference will take place on the 15th of September 2021, the doors of our Discord server will open for you to hang out with us at 17:00, but the conference will start at 19:00.
Schedule for the evening:

- 19:35 – Rules and Mechanics of Innistrad: Midnight Hunt
- 20:25 – Break
- 20:40 – Seminar: To be announced
- 21:30 – Byebye talk and sharing feedback form
- 21:45 – Closing our doors and windows and praying the Vampires will pass us by tonight.
As you can see we are still finalizing the program and determining who will present some items. If you would like to present something, please let us know in your application that you do, and what you would be looking to present. We will be selecting presenters very soon so if you want us to consider you, please apply sooner rather than later.
This time we will only accept Benelux judges to the event.
We were very happy to welcome judges from all around the world in our previous events. However this also added extra pressure and costs, especially in terms of customer support and sending out the foils around the globe. To ensure that we can provide you with a quality conference we have decided to only accept Benelux judges for this one, with a cap of 100 participants.
We want to thank all our non-Benelux judge friends that have joined us in the past. It was awesome having you all join our conferences and there may be future Benelux conferences that you can join again just not in the near future of the set miniconferences.
Judges get accepted on Monday 6th of September.
Please note that if you were selected before for a 2021 Benelux mini-conference, did not show up and did not let us know (beforehand or afterwards), you will be selected last, if there are any spots left. If you think this applies to you, please reach out to us so we can have a chat.
The cap, is 100 attendees maximum.
Foil support for this conference is not confirmed yet and that’s on us, we sent in the application for this event earlier last week but are waiting for approval.
