Hello everyone,

We are going to restart the Policy Updates this time via a JA supported Policy Update for Kaldheim on 13th March 2021. The Policy Update will consist of 3 seminars and will run from 2.30pm to 6.00pm SGT or 1.30pm to 5.00pm BKT/JKT. As in-store play has restarted in Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand with Covid-19 restrictions from the government, there has been a pressing need for a refresher course for Judges in these countries to better serve their players.

The platform will be via Zoom and/or Youtube Live for presenters, details will be communicated via email to the all participants.

Foil Support:
This conference will provide foil support to all attendees who are certified members of Judge Academy on or before the closing date of the event. The max capacity for this Policy Update is 40.

Make sure to submit the application on or before the deadline.

Note, that to be eligible an attendee must be able to attend 66% of the topics for that weekend with the Kaldheim Policy Update being compulsory.

And the attendee must submit at least one quality feedback, to be submitted by 20th March 2021.

For the cover letter, please just let me know who you are, why you’d like to be one of the attendees of this event and what are the ruling questions you face from players at your LGS or playgroups?

If you’re from outside ID/SG/TH country, please message me first before applying as priority will be given to judges in these countries.

30th Jan 2021 Update:

Thank you all for your interest in our Kaldheim Policy Update for ID/SG/TH! Since we only have a maximum of 40 seminar participants, the organisers have chosen to accept applications who are active in their respective communities and took effort to explain why they should be accepted to the Policy Update in their cover letter. As such we are closing applications to this seminar early.

Do not be disheartened if your application was not accepted, we will be looking to do something similar for Strixhaven. Policy Update slots will still be limited and we will still be using the same matrixes of judge activity in your respective communities and quality of application.

For those 40 who are accepted into the Policy Update, we hope to see you at the seminar at the 13th of March 2021. Do look out for further information in the event forum when they are posted. Please remember you have to attend the Kaldheim Policy Update, 1 other seminar [we really wish you can attend all 3] and 1 constructive feedback to be eligible for conference support.
