Hello everyone!

We are going to have our 2022 SEA Year-End Party Conference before the end of this year 2022 on December 31 from 10 am SG/MY/PH to 3:30 pm SG/MY/ PH or 9 am ID/TH to 2:30 pm ID/TH. The date was selected to avoid conflict with the schedule of ongoing cycle 2 RCQs and to accommodate as many as possible, an available weekend for all member countries of the region was selected.
The plan for our EOY Party Conference is to make it light, educational, and fun.
Zoom will be the platform used and the link will be sent to attendees before the conference date.
If you’re applying for the Q4 Digital Regional Conference. please click here.
Foil Support:
This conference will provide foil support to all attendees who are certified members of Judge Academy on or before the closing date of the event.
The max capacity for the event is 150.
EOY Foils: No Mercy and Growing Rites of Itlimoc / Itlimoc, Cradle of the Sun
Each attendee will receive one packet, while staff and presenters will receive two packets. L3s will receive an additional packet.
Note, that to be eligible an attendee must be able to attend two out of the three sessions(i.e. 1 presentation and 2-panel discussions) of the event.

Just like last year these will be digital conferences, one for each region. Allowances can be made for judges who can’t make the one in their particular region, but judges can each attend one End of Year Conference.

  • For reference, please refer to this blog post by clicking here.
  • Please note, that priority will be given to members of the SEA region, for international judges who can’t make it to their region’s EOY conference, email me first before applying.
