Introducing the 2021 Q1 USA South Mini Conference!

As large events begin to make their return next year, it is important for judges, new and veteran alike, to be sharp on their rules and policy! This conference will serve to help new judges learn about rules and Comp REL policy, while also helping veteran judges brush up on that same information!

This is a PHYSICAL ONLY conference in Cartersville, Georgia at Showcase Games. It will be in February 26th from 3 PM to 7 PM.

This will be a one track, 3 presentation conference. Each presentation will be focused on Comp REL rules/policy.

This conference is mainly for USA South judges, so priority will be given to those applications, however out of region applications will still be considered.

Applications are capped at 35 participants, so make sure to apply soon! In your cover letter, tell me about yourself, your judge level, and why you would like to attend this conference. The deadline to apply to attend is January 29th at 12 PM EST.

This page will be updated once the presenters have been announced, along with their presentations and track schedule.

Primary communication for the conference will be through the event forum page.

This conference is foil supported by the Judge Academy.

To receive support, you must:

1) Attend all 3 presentations, in addition to the wrap up speech at the end.

2) Be a currently certified L1+ judge.

I am currently on the hunt for presenters! Application deadline for presenters is January 22nd EST! You can apply to present here.

Mask Policy: Masks will be required to attend this event and must be worn during the entire duration.
